1. Eligibility for Returns

At MODEVIA, every pair of moccasins is crafted with care and attention to detail. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must include all tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.

  • Customized, made-to-order, or sale items are not eligible for return.


2. How to Request a Return (Pakistan Orders)

If you wish to return a product:

  1. Contact our customer support via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and share return shipping details.

📦 Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

  • MODEVIA will cover shipping costs only if the error is on our side.


3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued via your original payment method or bank transfer.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or wrong items.

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged products

To request an exchange:

  2. Return the original pair before the replacement is shipped.

  3. Exchanges depend on product availability.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send clear photos and your order number to our email or WhatsApp.

  • After verification, we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalized footwear

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or handling
